• Short Journey ( implementing use of new advanced strokes)

Course 2

• Introduction of Rolling ( Flatwater)
  • Fine Tuning of Forward Stroke
  • Navigation Skills
  • Short Journey
  • Video Tape Rolling

Course 3

• Rescues in Conditions
  • Introduction to Rough Water
  • Introduction to Beach Launches and Landings
  • Fine Tuning of High / Low Braces
  • Short Journey ” putting it all together
  • Video Tape Rough Water Training
